The new restaurant "La Piscina" this year welcomes its guests accompanying them on a journey through the flavors of the most precious of Salento, narrow middle ground between two seas.
The flavor of the fish and shellfish, caught daily in the beautiful and unspoiled Ionian Sea which overlooks Porto Cesareo, together with that of the genuine products of the land of Salento, are the delicious ingredients of our cuisine, respecting the most ancient traditions and tasty homegrown.
The chef will also take care of the welfare of its discerning guests with menus tailored to particular food intolerances.
